  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

4. Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

5. Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

 If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at the form below with photos of the damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.
